Crafting a Story

Every year we start with a blank slate. We taste multiple varietals and based on their expression, we experiment adding layer upon layer until we find a story that we have to tell. Each vintage is a story - one with multiple points of view.

Production Notes: Malbec 50%, Tempranillo 20%, Syrah 15% & Merlot 15%.

Primary fermentation was performed in a small tank. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, a combination of new and second-use for 27 months.

Production: 1500 bottles (125 cases)
Alcohol 13.6%
